Clerk-Long Term Care
Under supervision of the the Long Term Care (LTC) Staff Development Director, the Staffing Clerk is self-motivated and has strong interpersonal skills. She/he functions in the LTC Nursing Department as the primary coordinator of scheduling and staffing processes, and performs a variety of clerical and receptionist duties, while maintaining the physical environment of the staffing office.

REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate with secretarial/business training with previous experience in hospital/office procedures preferred; intermediate typing skills of 55-60 wpm; ability to operate office equipment; advanced verbal skills including sentence structure and grammar; professional telephone etiquette; able to make decisions and follow detailed verbal and written instructions; demonstrates intermediate mathematical skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; Certified Geriatric Nurse Aide through the state of Montana; and current BLS certification.

Salary commensurate with up to ten (10) years experience.
