Human Resource Aide-FT
Responsibilities: This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and is part of the Employee Services Department. He/she assists with processing of applications & licenses, document scanning, maintenance of personnel files, employment verifications, and other HR employment tasks. This position requires the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting. Requires experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point; ability to work with people; good customer service skills; follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Confidentiality is a must. Ability to work a flexible schedule as office hours may vary. Office is open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends as needed.

Requirements: High school diploma, experience in hospital and/or office setting. Associates Degree in Business or related field with previous experience is a plus.

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years experience.
