Engineer 1
This position is responsible for maintenance of over 350,000 square feet and more than 13 acres of grounds for all facilities held by Northern Montana Health Care located in Havre, MT. the position requires a highly skilled individual with working knowledge and/or skills in the following areas: Maintenance and repair of a boilermaker, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm and sprinkler system(s), snow removal and grounds maintenance, fire & life safety compliance, risk management best practices and general construction and labor skills, ability to multi-task and requires excellent customer service and computer skills.
Requirements:
1) High School Graduate or G.E.D.
2) Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration.
3) Experience working in the Health Care maintenance field.
4) 3rd class boilers license.
5) Building Operators Certificate level 1 or a certificate in an advanced field related to HVAC.
6) Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety compliance.
7) Knowledge of General Construction.
8) Job requires shoveling snow and heavy lifting.
9) Possess a valid Montana Driver’s license with clean record.
10) 21 years of age in accordance with employer’s insurance requirements.
11) Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
